Aircraft Final Assembly Automation Line
Onsite electrical installation, system startup of all automated systems, commissioning of Siemens coordinated motion (SiMotion), final as-built electrical drawings, final commissioning.
AUTOMOTIVE
Upgrade of Rain Booth System and Finish Line Conveyor System
Development of a control system architecture design (Integra Wave 7, TIA Portal), Creation of the EPLAN Design (Wave 7), power calculation, and electrical cabinet build for the rain booth and finish line at the customer’s assembly shop.
TRIM 5 HEMS Rail Extension
The scope of the project included the creation of the EPLAN design (Wave 5), the electrical cabinet build (UL 508a certified), the onsite installation in the assembly shop, along with SLE documentation and project management.
Conveyor Extension and Robot Implementation in BDU Line
The scope of the project included the EPLAN design, mechanical design and build of the conveyor and robot structure, procurement of parts including the robot, printing of 3D parts, programming of the robot, PLC and HMI, safety concept, onsite installation in the customer’s battery shop, testing, commissioning and after sales support along with project management.
